Hola!! I am 24 and I live in Houston, TX. Over the past few years I have gained a lot of extra pounds and I would really like to get back into my old jeans.

My biggest problem was that I am constantly traveling, meaning I am constantly eating out due to my work, which makes it very difficult to "plan" my meals. But I am determined to loose the weight and change to healthy life style!!

Yea the first few weeks were rough, but now I find myself completely addicted to SparkPeople, so it's easier and easier to track everything I eat =)

I love how you blog your food, too! What a great idea. I think I'm going to start consider doing that too. I have a habit of occasionally going out to eat with my boyfriend and not wanting to make myself accountable if I went over on my calories haha.
