My reason for joining Spark People was to find others that support my weight loss and health endeavors such as myself. Weight has always been such a struggle for me since my 20's. I have tried several diets and medications to lose the weight only to gain it back double. I hope that becoming a member of Spark People will keep me enthusiatic & motivated to work toward my weight loss goals and especially to live a healthy long life.

My Goals:
Short term goal: lose 10lbs by my birthday 3-31-2014

Long term goal: lose 40 lbs by June 2014.

My Program:
-Exercising-5 days a week with at least 20-30 mins of cardio, 2-3 days of circuit training.

-Sodas have been eliminated completely from my diet, yayyy!

-Reducing fried foods
-Reducing carb intake
-Reducing sugar intake
-Tracking calories(trying to)

Other Information:
Daily Renewal is one of my cardinal rules in my weight loss journey. Forgive yourself for a bad day and start over again the next day. Get rid of the guilt and DAILY RENEW YOU!
