Trying to make better food choices. Logging in all the food I consume even if it's not such a good day. I exercise regularly at a local fitness center. I enjoy spin and pilates classes. I also do weight training mostly with dumbells.
I am a christian . I pray God Blesses all of you in your goals for the New Year! I know I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me.
So great to hear you were able to get in your exercising - I'm working on cleaning the house now, so I'm hoping that's worth something LOL Not sure I'll get to regular exercising today or only tomorrow.
Wow, you're going to be a grandmother ~ congrats! I'd love to be one too, but I'll be happy to wait another ten years or so till my kids are a bit older (God willing!) ~ my boys are only 17 and 18!
Sure, I'm game to be weightloss buddies. I've hit a snag and am going to try jumpstarting again this week. We had a death in the family and with travelling etc, I haven't been exercising sooooo, here we go again! LOL ; )
