My Goals:
I'm changing careers and working on looking better so that others will perceive me better.

My Program:
I am eating an average of 1600 calories per day. I was doing cardio for 30-55 minutes a day 3 days a week, with strength training on 3 days per week. But with the new job, I've been too busy/tired to do extra exercise. I hope that changes soon.

Personal Information:
I'm in Southern California. I live with a wonderful husband and teenage daughter.
