Begining A Healthier Life!

I have gained a lot of weight since starting college. In high school I could eat a lot and not seem to gain a pound. I am not as worried about the actually weight number, but more on my body composition. I had a fitness assessment done and it showed that I had excess body weight and should loss 10-20 pounds of fat. I would like to shed the fat and gain nice lean muscle. I would like the ending weight to be lower but as long as I feel healthier and fit my cloths better I will be happy. I am ...

I would like to shed the fat and gain nice lean muscle. I would like the ending weight to be lower but as long as I feel healthier and fit my cloths better I will be happy. I am planning to start once school starts on Sept. 9th 2009. Until then I am going to see what my normal eating and fitness habits are so that I can gradually get into my new healthy lifestyle.

My Goals:
My goal is to get to a size that my cloths fit again. I gained the freshman 15 and cannot afford to by new clothes. I also want to begin a healthier lifestyle with healthier food and exercise.
