    Hi spark friend, gee I an not sure on how to figure all the calories burned myself. I went to ask.com to ask about 1mile and they said 100 cal. Still new to all this. Its been 6 months for me. My grand daughter and I walked 2 miles today. Felt good to really breath. How about YOU? emoticon emoticon
