Fit and Fabulous in my 40's

I am not new to SPARKPEOPLE or the struggles of weightloss, just trying to be more active here. I sit at a desk/computer all day at work (but have limited internet access) and really hate to sit at the computer when I get home. This time around I am making my focus eating healthy and exercising most days of the week and not the scale or the number on the scale. Hitting a plateau in the past after losing 70 lbs was hard on my motiviation and I have gained by 35 of those lbs. back. My MOTTO ...

My Goals:
Loose 60 lbs by whenever.

Main focus at this time is to loose the 35 lbs I regained...by whenever.

Be able to run an entire 5K with no walking.

My Program:
I exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes most days. On rest days I do leisurely walks with my dog.

Personal Information:

I also love to cook and eat and that's probably why I am here.

Our Walking/Leslie Sansone Team Challenge begins tomorrow. This can be a great time to kick-start your Spark plan or keep that scale/measuring tape moving in the downward direction. I am looking forward to having a strong team with plenty of motivation and encouragement.

Be good to yourself, my friend! Eat right, get your body moving, drink your water, and remind yourself as many times as needed that you are worth this! Let's take it one day at a time!
