Hello! I was active in SparkPeople about 5 or 6 years ago and lost a total of 110 pounds from my highest weight. Since then, I've had two kiddos, and my body REALLY liked holding onto weight while I was pregnant. :-) I've got about 40 pounds to lose to get back down to a weight I'm comfortable with, and an additional 20 if I want to try to get back down to my lowest weight depending on how I feel. My kiddos are 3 and almost 10 months, so I'm ready to get serious again!

My Goals:
I'm working to get into what I consider my peak physical condition, after taking it easier during the holidays to give my metabolism a break. I've dropped the holiday weight plus a couple more pounds, and I'm into my size 4 goal jeans as of the last week of March. I'm now focused more on body fat percentage than weight, since BMI is now wildly inaccurate for me. I'm currently at about 25-26%, and I'd like to get down to about 20-22%.


My Program:
When people ask me what I've done to lose the weight, my answer is always simple: "Eat better; eat less; exercise more."

I try to stick to all-natural and organic foods as much as I can, and I try to eat a balanced diet while sticking to my calorie range.

I do a lot of different forms of exercise so I don't get bored. My go-to workouts are all of Jillian Michaels' DVDs, Bob Harpers DVDs, P90X, running and hot yoga.
