Hi. I'm a SAHM of 2 "Irish twins" ages 2 & 3. They're awesome and so is my hubby, who always goes out of his way to let me and our kids know we're the most special thing to him. I'm looking to get back to my body (what I can after having 2 kids) that I had when I got married almost 8 years ago. I have very little 'me' time during the day so this is gunna be some work!!!

My Goals:
My target weight is 125! Putting it in writing makes it more tangible. When I get to 125 I'll be 5lbs less than when I got married 8 years ago! I guess more important is my clothes fitting nicely and being more active for my kids and showing them how to live healthfully.

My Program:
Tracking food is a biggie for me. I always write down what I eat at home, the challenge is logging it on the Nutrition tracker!
Getting a regular strength and cardio workout going. Still working on this!

update 9-15-08: one week into the couch to 5k program! still struggling to get some strength training in.....
and, 2 words: NUTRITION TRACKER!!

Personal Information:
I'm a Mom, wife, homemaker, daughter, sister, friend, aunt, Godmother, daughter/sister in-law. I'm lucky enough to live (relatively) close to my family, especially my brother and sister-in-law and my nephew and niece! I have some great friends, who live near and far.

Other Information:
Looking for a 'buddy' to help me be more accountable. I tend to be a 'closet eater' and occasionally a binge eater (when I'm alone of course!) And I feel extremely guilty about both!!

Hey I just saw your comment from October (LOL) on the Daily Chat with teh MOMMY to WOWWY team - talking about how you'd like to get up at 6 to do your workouts in the morning. How's it going? Have you made progress? I get up everyday (almost) at around 5/530 - it toook a LOT of effort to reach this major goal. Let me know if I can help you or give you any advice! Good luck!

Just stopping by to see how things are going? How are the New Yearís resolutions going for you? Hope all is well! Smile, it always brightens oneís day!

Change.... may we all find a way to accept the changes in our lives and learn to embrace them!!! May we learn to take control of our lives and make the changes necessary to make our journeys successful! And most of all, may we find comfort in knowing that change is really a chance to experience new things and find happiness in hidden areas we had never dreamt of before!
