I am a mother of 2, foodie and lover of life. I want to get fit, move more, lose some, and just generally feel more empowered!

My goals for 2015 are to keep bringing the fitness and keep chipping away at bad habits. I found great success in 2012 with a regular fitness plan that culminated in my completing a mini triathlon. I want that to be my present, not just my past.

4/4/15 - Climb Monstrocity and 10 story slide again at City Museum
4/30/15 - Complete a 5K

!!!!!!!!DONE!!!!!!
2/8/13 - Climbed the Monstrocity and did the 10 story slide 2x at City Museum!
9/15/12 - Girls Tri Too Portage Lakes
6/16/12 - Color Run 5K
9/5/11 - STOMP 10 mile Bike Ride



My Program:
Run 3 mi at least 2x per week (once the weather warms up!)
Tri training 3 months prior
P90X for cross-training/strength

Targets for Girls Tri Too Triathlon:
250 yd swim - 6:30
7 mi bike - 29:00
2 mi run - 24:00

thanks for the comment! yeah it's a battle trying to in fitness time...especially when the snooze button seems so happy to let us hit it. :)

Thanks for saying I'm an inspiration... I honestly don't see myself that way but if my journey inspires I could not be more happy... I pretty much on a mission to help people see that it IS TOTALLY POSSIBLE to change your life and how you see what being fit and well means.

I just noticed your goal was the Fall Hiking Spree and Stomp.

You must live near me. Those are right in my area.
