I am a mother of 2, foodie and lover of life. I want to get fit, move more, lose some, and just generally feel more empowered! My goals for 2013 are to keep bringing the fitness and keep chipping away at bad habits. I'm realyl happy with my success in the past couple of years. It's been incremental change, nothing reality TV worthy, but it works for me.

Run 3 mi at least 2x per week (once the weather warms up!) Tri training 3 months prior P90X for cross-training/strength Targets for Girls Tri Too Triathlon: 250 yd swim - 6:30 7 mi bike - 29:00 2 mi run - 24:00
