My Goals:
I want to feel better, look better and move better. My ultimate dream would be to run in the Disney Princess Half Marathon.
Specifically:
Log in to Spark every day.
Track all food and exercise daily.
Eat 1200-1500 nutritious calories a day.
Workout at the gym 3-4 times per week.
Ask for help when I need it.
Compile a binder of daily meal plans to use during the school year by August 15. Include a weekly shopping list.


My Program:
I track my food and am eating healthy, nutritious meals, avoiding processed foods as much as possible.
I have joined a gym and am getting help from a trainer.
I am practicing being more mindful about my eating and triggers and am working on making conscious decisions and planning ahead.

Just checking in. Keep your spirit strong, even if the daily grind tries to dampen it:) I think September is so hard as we find our groove again with a new group of kiddos. But September is almost gone and stability is just around the corner.
