    Terrific job on the increased intervals! I know from doing C25K before, you can do so much more than you think you can. So the lesson is: Don't think--just do!

    Things are going well for me. I quit tracking calories--I'm pretty consistent. Right now, I'm not worried about hitting my minimum goal. I'll just eat in a healthy way (good foods at least three times a day) and really go after my workouts. If that doesn't effect some sort of change, I'll try something else. Hit and miss, but as long as I find what works, that's all that matters!

    Hope you have a phenomenal rest of the week! Keep pushing! I know you can!
