Hi, I'm Sarah. I am originally from Wisconsin, but I moved to Maryland in 2011 with my pug baby, Mr. Moogley. I bought a home in 2013. I got married to a wonderful man in 2016 and adopted a second pug named Jubilee on Halloween 2016. That's some facts about me in a nutshell, but wait there's More!

In case you missed it in my name, I adore Disney and bright colors. I love all things happy and optimistic. I am a hopeful realist is the best way I can describe my general day to day outlook. I love to craft mainly scrapbooks and random pinterest projects. I love cooking and baking as well.

My weight has been a struggle for years truthfully for as long as I can remember. I remember being overweight around the age of 6 and ever since then. I've let my weight dictate most of my life, so not only am I trying to get myself to a healthy weight. I'm trying to learn to love myself along the way. My usage of Sparkpeople started in 2012 or was it 2011. I'd have to look. There has been a lot of starting and stopping, but with the help of my Dr. I have been consistently losing weight since January. I feel better about this approach than any other previous attempt.

My overall goal is to get to a healthy weight, and learn as much about myself as I can along the way. I have a lot to lose, and numerous ways to grow as a person.


My Program:
Goals:
I try to focus my goals on behaviors. I will consider the goal achieved when I hit a 1 month streak.
1st, learn to track
2nd, learn balance to stay in range
3rd, Focus on that water
4th, Start adding in 1 workout a week
5th, consistent meal planning
6th Start adding in 2 workouts a week
7th, start adding in 3 workouts a week
8th, start adding in 3 work outs a week plus 1 cardio day
9th, Start adding 3 workouts a week, plust 2 cardio days
10th, be the person I've wanted to be for years.
