Hi! My name is Emily and I am 23. I have about 105 pounds to lose. I am starting at 241 and my goal is 135. This is the beginning of a journey for me! My husband and I just celebrated our one year wedding anniversary on March 9th, 2007 and I am hoping to be slimmer and sexier by our next anniversary! But, I am ready for a life change. I have just been battling my weight for the past 6 years, after high school (when cheerleading and gymnastics stopped) and I balooned because I never had to worry about what I ate, because I was so active......then came adulthood! I want to be a mommy in the next few years, but I want to make sure I am the healthiest I can possibly be.....so that I can carry a baby in a healthy way and be there for my family as an active member and not a burden. I am young and in the beginning stages of my life, and I have a prime opportunity to change and make healthy choices and habits so that my future is not defined by my weight.

My Goals:
My goal is to transform my lifestyle through mind, body, and soul. Of course, I would like a body I can be proud of, but I also want to create healthy habits for myself and my future family. My AWESOME husband has offered a spa treatment reward program for hitting my goals: 1st 20 pounds: mani-pedi 2nd 20 pounds: facial 3rd 20 pounds: hydrotherapy massage 4th 20 pounds: Volcanic Stone massage 5th 20 pounds: East meets West escape Goal: an entire spa day! Plus, a shopping trip to buy all new clothes!
My Program:
I follow te calories alotted to me through my spark plan. I try to use those calories for whole fresh foods and staying away from processed foods or foods with additives. I am currently figuring out the best exercise plan for my shcedule. Stay tuned!

I currently reside in a suburb of Indianapolis.
