My Goals:
-Get a handle on stress/bored snacking
-Get back in shape
-Find a long term cardio plan that is easy on past injured feet and knees
-Lose 30 lbs.

Goal Timeline

2/1/13:
-Cut back snacking to 3 unplanned snacks a week
-Weigh in at 136 (back to healthy BMI!)
*Reward: last Wheel of Time book (comes out Jan. 8!) Met 1/18

3/29/13
-Devise a cardio plan and be exercising 3-4 times a week for 30 min.
-Weigh in at 130
*Reward: Zumba DVD

5/10/13
-Cut back snacking to 1 unplanned snack a week
-Weigh in at 125
*Reward: massage

6/21/13
-Add yoga 2 times per week to workout
-Weigh in at 120
*Reward: new bathing suit for summer

7/26/13
-TBD fitness goal
-Weigh in at 115
*Reward: mani/pedi (yep I'm that girlie)

9/5/13 (Jewish New Year that works out nicely=)
-TBD fitness goal
-Weigh in at 110 (Goal Weight!!!)
*Reward: new jeans

My Program:
My program is still a work in progress so advice wouldn't go amiss.

Plan so far
-Track food at least 6 days a week
-continue with phys. therapy for knees at least 5 days a week
-continue with Tai Chi at least 4 days a week

Things I still need
-alternative to snacking when I'm stressed or bored, espcially at work (maybe deep breathing/meditation)
-cardio that won't bother my knees or my foot (maybe Zumba/dance arobics)
