Hey! I saw your huddle and just wanted to tell you to hang in there. We all have rough spots in these journeys, and you're still just getting started and learning new habits. If you're feeling overwhelmed, just focus on one or two new things at a time. Spend a week or two making sure you drink your water, or getting 3 days of exercise a week. Even 10-15 minutes if that is more than what you were doing before. If you feel like you've "slipped" don't let it get you down. Everyone goes through that. You don't have to be perfect at this. Just a little bit at a time will get you there faster than nothing at all. So keep your chin up and remind yourself of what you've done right (including deciding to make this change at all!).
