Getting Better All The Time
I thought I could eat whatever I wanted without consequence. The pounds crept up until one day I got on the scales and it read 240 pounds. My health has suffered as a consequence (hypertention and chronic pain). All that is in the past as I have seen the light thanls to all of the folks at Spark People. I am losing weight and am feeling better with every pound that goes away.
