My Goals:
I would like to get my BMI into the normal range. I want to get back down to 145 pounds and stay there successfully. I want to tone my body, build muscle and bone strength and control what jiggles when I walk. I want to improve my stamina, sleep better at night, and stay healthy so I can continue to be of service to those who need me.

My Program:
I'm at the gym 6 out of 7 days a week. I do upper body workouts on Mondays, abdominals on Wednesdays, legs and lower body on Fridays, and cardio all days. Every three weeks something gets added to one of those categories. I am looking into Zumba for additional/change of cardio routine. And I am on the Atkins diet plan.

Personal Information:
I'm from Chicago, and the eldest of seven children--3 girls and 4 boys. After supporting the educational goals of my husband and 3 children, I returned to college and got my B.S. in Business Finance in 2010. Now I feel I can accomplish anything I set out to do!

Hi there, I know what you mean about deer on the highway's. They are very dangerous... I've seen my share around here in Ohio. I see them on the roads, but it was weird to see when I looked out the window.. They're pretty large animals really... like horses almost! Anyhow, I'm glad you're alright!! I think when that happens deer/ car collision, there isn't much we can do. I see deer "eyes" shining on the side of the roads alot, and I begin to pray right away that they don't dash out in front of my car!! So far, so good. I hope you have a nice day today. thank you for your comments at my blog - yes it is so good to know there are good decent and loving human beings out there that are respectful. but it just drives me crazy that the others are soooo arrogant to think they can perpetrate and impose on others. i know people always suggest it the 'their own insecurities' etc. but in many cases i don't buy that - they enjoy their sadistic games - it is a perverse type of person. i also know people who have been thru hell and back, and are still very loving people - BB
