My Goals:
I would like to get back into an exercise program, lose 15 pounds, and watch my portion sizes. I also need to start eating more healthy foods.

My Program:
I'm going to start by exercising every other day, walking my dog, doing aerobic videos and some basic weight training. As I get more in shape, I'll step it up
