The count down begins
Hello all My name is Tara, I am 30 and have two wonderful children...Kennedy who is 10 and Gatlin who just turned 1. My goal is to go below 140. I have not only not lost any of my baby weight but I gained about 7 pounds. I am former Law enforcement (I plan to return in about a year). I stay at home with my son, and watch 3 other children mon-wed, and take classes on thurs and fridays. I am busy and hoping that it will all pay off. My other half is deploying in Jan. , this will be our first ...

My Goals:
Lose 6 lbs by November 3rd (I know more than 2 pounds a week) But I need to lose a few for a dress that I am wearing to the Marine Corp Ball. Overall goal to go back down to 140, and have the rock hard legs I used to get complemented on Daily.
My Program:
I am currently focusing mainly on cardio. I know and I do believe that weight training is the best but fit little of it in. I am trying to come up with a diet plan that works for me. I am a carboholic.

My name is Tara..I live in Florida....I was born and raised in Philadelphia....I have 2 children ages 10 and 1.....My other half is a US Marine and has been for 10 years.
