Judy tries Carb Cycling

Today is Sunday February 9th, 2014. I haven't been active here.. dabbled in non-dieting, low carb, 5:2 fast diet and more over the last few years.

I don't want to diet because it has a low success rate for me and the general public. The fact remains that I want to lose weight for my health and to enjoy my life.
I really don't care how much I weigh. What I care about is how I feel. And I am sick of feeling unwell.

I like the idea of carb cycling since just staying low carb wrecks many people's metabolisms. I like variety. I don't particularly want to eat 5 times a day as recommended. So, I may tweak it to combine two of the mini-meals a couple of times a week when I dine out or when it just doesn't suit my schedule for that day.

I will not worry about perfection. This has always been my downfall. If I'm not perfect on a plan I just give up. No, don't want to do that!!
