Can't do this on my own!

Hi there, been off the "beaten track" for nearly 2 years and
a few more added kilo's and a heart attack later I realize that this is all up to me! (With a little help from my friends.) So I will try to be more sensible and nuturing to myself and see if I can move a few centimetres from my anatomy.
