Hi Luv!
Thanks for making time in this busy holiday season to stop by the Goodie Store and picking me up something special! Lol! This time of year is most difficult for me to lose weight! In fact I'm up 5 pounds! Ugh! I am hoping to not gain anymore than these 5. if I can do that, it will be the first time (ever) I didn't gain double digits during this time of the year!! I am still going to the gyn about 4-5 days a week and then I go to Zumba classes 2-3 times a week. You should try the Zumba classes! they are very FUN!!

I noticed your comment on the aromatherapy article. If you'd ever like samples of essential oils, feel free to email me: avidiva55@gmail.com. The ones you mentioned sounded like they may be synthetic. Ours are additive free except for coconut oil in one blend. Hope this helps.

Yes we do have plans, flying to tuscon to spend a few days with son and daughter in law. It will be nice to get away. Have a Happy Easter. emoticon emoticon emoticon
