1. Lose 15 pounds

My Program:
No white bread, flour, rice or sugar. Trying to stay close to the DASH way of eating. Water aerobics twice a week and walking twice a week. I am trying to be conscious and aware of what I am eating, what I am thinking, what I am doing.

Personal Information:
Turning 60 this summer, married, two grown sons, one kitty, and many good friends.

Other Information:
I beat an addiction by living one day at a time and by facing my fears. I can do this, too.
