Going, Going..........Going

I'm a 56 yr old Grandmother, who has been unemployed for almost 16 months - I Originally started Spark MONTHS ago and lost 14 pounds... Well, I gained it all back PLUS an extra pound to boot. I am determined to start all over again! It has been 4 months of NO exercise and depression... But I want to start moving my body even if it DOES make my arthritic joints hurt more..... maybe... eventually by taking off weight and strengthening the joints the pain will lessen (plus taking a ton of ...
