Hi! Thanks for you comment on my blog. I would love any tips and advice you can give, and a training schedule would be perfect.
I know it's going to sound wierd, but the part the makes me the most nervous is the transition periods, when your switching between swimming and biking and biking to running. I have no idea what to do then.
