Choosing to live Healthy and Happy!

I used to weight over 270 pounds! September 8, 2007 is the day I lost 100 pounds! May 2008 I reached my goal of 135 pounds! Though I've kept off 100+ pounds, my weight has fluctuated beetween the 100-135 pound weight loss! I keep my 135 pound picture along with my 270+ pound picture to keep my goals in mind. I consistently exercise and work out. I eat healthy foods. I just eat too much of the healthy food. I have religiously exercised 4 or more days a week since January 2005. I am proud ...

My husband and I are halfway through our Kentucky contract. I love the beauty of the state. I am still really missing my children and grandchildren back home in Arizona and in California.

Moving here to Kentucky has made possible our 50 states goal - a definite upside to the move. My hubby and I set a goal two years ago to run a race in all 50 states. Kentucky is wonderfully close to so many states we are excited! We are halfway there! I'm 66 and my husband is 70 so we've got to do it while we're young - haha!

I love Spark People for the inspiration and support I get to continue on my healthy and happy life journey!
