I DEFINITELY recommend Supreme 90 day. It is SO worth it. If you're not used to doing higher intensity workouts it will seem hard at first...it is. It's intense...but a GOOD intense..I saw SO much improvement the further I got in it and definitely a ton the second time around. It changed my whole perspective on fitness. I found s90 before I found spark. I love it I will advocate for it to anyone and everyone. If you have Facebook they have a facebook page too and everyone is very supportive on there for fellow s90'ers...just an idea... Hoooooola, Mbches. ;) Follow me? Sooooooooo, what's Pandora on your rewards list? Hmm, hmm? I am starting slow. Just monitoring food now, day 3. It isn't easy, but I figure just keeping track of it in general, keeping it on my mind, is a great thing. Baby steps. Have a test (in an hour!) and then I have a few assignments due next week and more class...so I'm trying to get back into the groove to make it all work out. I think even walking the dog regularly would be a good start at this point, I should start today. Yes. I have been running every now and again, and yoga every now and again, but nothing solid. My local studio offers a 2 wks for $20 deal and I'm trying to nail down a good time to do that and take advantage. :) How you be???? What are your plans? I have been eating your yummy dessert, it rules. Oh btw, I figured out how to know what I USED to eat when I was being healthy: I looked at my 'favorites' on my nutrition page.
