I'm at it again.

I've struggled with my weight my entire life. When I got pregnant in 2006, I weighed 197 lbs. At the end of my pregnancy I weighed 250. With a lot of hard work (and two years) I was able to get to 147 lbs. After a summer vacation (August 2009) and the holidays, I went back up to 156 lbs. I want to finally lose this last chunk of weight and keep it off. My goal is to maintain about 135 lbs.

I am a wife and full-time working mother. Life is not easy and trying to be healthy is a challenge when time, money and family comes first.
My son will be soon be 3 years old.
Beginning Date: January 5, 2010 at 156.5 lbs.
Good luck to all the Sparkers!

My Goals:
My goals in life are to have a successful marriage and be a great mother. I want to create a home for my children that they will always be welcome. I want to feel good about myslef. When I am old, I want to think about my journeys and feel accomplished and proud. I know, I'm cheesy! GAG!

My Program:
I'm trying to eat healthier, limit the junk and exercise as much as possible. I'm anxious for Spring so I can be outside again. I have been loving my Wii Fit Plus and the Biggest Loser Wii Game. Just Dance will be reward for hitting 145 lbs. I also enjoy lots of workout DVDs.

Personal Information:
I love read, cook, and be with my family. I find enjoyment in exercise now that I have gotten a routine. I find it very rewarding to jog with my dog. I know that I am doing something good for him too.

Other Information:
As a little side note for anyone interested: I have lost a total of nearly 100 pounds with no help from my husband. He is a fast food junkie and he's beginning to look like one. He will not walk with me. He will not eat the meals I cook. I am only putting this out there for anyone that feels they have a person in their life that is sabatoging them. You can work around it.

Hello, I did infact change my goal but ony because I kinda gave up on this whole thing. I originally went from 355 to 270 but I stopped losing the weigh got discouraged and just gave up. I ended up gaining 40 of it back but just last week I decided to pick myself back up and try this again. I'm glad that I didn't gain all of the weight back but I'm very disappointed in myself for letting it get this out of control : /. The hard part about doing this is that I feel like I'm doing this alone. Nobody really seems to want to help and it just sucks. I plan on giving it my all this time around and hopefully I can do this! Thank you for the support

You look great! The fact that you have lost so much weight and done it despite your husband's love of fast food motivates me. Thanks for sharing your story.

I'm with you as a working mom, stuggling to fit everything in. I also like to walk and use my Wii Fit - especially in the winter. Tood luck to you this summer!
