Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can.

Growing up I've always struggled with my weight. In high school I ended up resorting to starving myself and got down to a very unhealthy weight. Over the years I have slowly recovered from the personal attachment of starving myself and have tried numerous diets. Nothing really keeps my attention for longer than a few weeks. A friend of mine told me about SP and I decided that it was time I really did something about my weight now instead of later! After having my son I gained quite a bit ...

Over the years I have slowly recovered from the personal attachment of starving myself and have tried numerous diets. Nothing really keeps my attention for longer than a few weeks. A friend of mine told me about SP and I decided that it was time I really did something about my weight now instead of later! After having my son I gained quite a bit of weight and ballooned up to 200lbs. I lost 30 lbs after having him and am now at 170. Its time for me to start living my life again and provide my son a healthy Mom that he can look up to and count on to be here throughout his life.
I look forward to meeting new motivating people here on SP to help keep me motivated on this long journey of weight loss!

My Goals:
**To lose a total of 25lbs-

**Do some form of exercise for 20-30 mins 4 days a week.

**Drink at least 64oz of water daily.

**Stop eating fast food.

**Decrease my calorie intake to no more than 1500 daily.

My Program:
**Exercise 4 days a week.

**Drink lots of water.

**Eat Healthy.

**Log EVERYTHING I put into my mouth.

Eat between 1200-1500 calories a day.

Other Information:
I love to cook, and thats probably my downfall with controlling my eating. We love to camp and loving spending time with our families. I'm from Virginia Beach so anytime I can get back there, we are headed there! I'm really looking for meeting wonderful people on this website to help me lose this excess weight! :)
