I'm looking to shed 50 lbs. to feel better, look better and be healthier. Realizing that I am limiting myself from activities I enjoy because of my weight has inspired me to lose those lbs.and take back my life!

Hi - I'm so glad to hear from you! I've wondered about where you had disappeared to! Now that you're back, it will be fun to follow your progress. I've had myself in the "witness protection program" for a while - felt like I was spending more time on Spark People than I was actually spending on doing what I know I should be doing. I decided that my fingers were getting much more exercise than the rest of me was getting - so I'm just getting back into the groove of visiting this site often. That is where a lot of accountability comes into the picture - when we actually write down what we eat and how we exercise. Let's stay with it this time - you help me and I'll help you, o.k.????
