Well, as so many here I have been doing great and then for some reason went back to my bad habits.

Funny thing is I had learned all those new methods and was feeling great but for some reason I ignored what is good for me.

I want to start over now and treat myself the way I deserve. I don't want to punish my body, instead I want to treat myself nicely, because I love myself and I owe it to me.

My Goals:
1) Be active outdoors every day.
2) Don't eat candy, chips and fast food.
3) Exercise at least 3 times a week.
4) Meet with friends regularly instead of being a couch potato.
5) Finally, loose the BMI of 25 without a yoyo effect in the end!!!
6) Focus so much on my healthy lifestyle that I will eventually stop worrying/caring about the scales.

My Program:
1) Make plans to go outside every day.
2) Cook fresh and healthy meals.
3) Use the cardio tracker.
4) Make plans with friends to meet in a cafe or to go inline skating, etc.
5) Loosing the weight slowly, being patient!!!

Dinah, thanks for being there when I've had my difficulties. I probably ate a couple of extra snacks last night, but I was "good" all day today - even under my calories. Since I don't know what caused the high blood pressure yesterday, I'm trying to be even more careful with what I eat now. I slacked off a little these past 2 months, but enough is enough. I'm trying to start building those good habits again. Thanks for the great advice!
