My goals are to be active every day slowly but surely and the weight will come off. Drink more water. Kick the fast food, junk food and soad just all bad eating habbits. To reach my weight correct range on the BMI CHART!

Drink more water. Hitting the gym or working out from home. Packing a healthly luch and stop skipping breakfast.
