My goals are to be active every day slowly but surely and the weight will come off. Drink more water. Kick the fast food, junk food and soad just all bad eating habbits. To reach my weight correct range on the BMI CHART!

Dawna, You can do this. If I can do it, I think anybody can. I LOVE food, and I am basically a lazy person. Every day you have to commit all over again to your new lifestyle. Keep going, and make sure you use the tools on here (SP). I still can't believe this site is free! There are so many valuable resources on here that paople (me) would pay hundreds for!
