Do something good for yourself every day
Even if you only have 10 minutes to do something for you- do it. It matters. Say a prayer for strength, give yourself a pep talk, hug you kids, call a friend and tell her what she means to you...it will all make you feel good inside. If you feel good inside, you will have more power to change the weight you carry on the outside and once you accomplish that- you will be proud of yourself.

My Goals:
My personal goal is to learn to love myself for who I am and not so much what I weigh.
My Program:
Trying the Dukan Diet with 2 protein days a week and minimal carbs the rest of the week. Also, running outside a few days a week beyond what I do in the gym. Hoping to find a LOVE for running...still hoping.
