My Goals:
become strong and lean

increase my stamina and endurance for hiking, climbing, and other activities

move from 5K distance to half marathon in 2011

wear clothing I love, rather than clothing that I hide behind

My Program:
daily cardio (treadmill, elliptical, aerobics, running -- something)

whole grain, low fat meals, lots of veggies and water

planning my meals, pre-packaging snacks
