Slow and steady

I'm NOT going to lose 50 pounds this summer. I AM going to START. I AM going to move more and eat more vegetables and recognize every day that a few small changes add up to big changes. These habits that change more slowly can be more permanent. I have lost large amounts of weight very quickly in the past, but it all came back and then some because I never truly made that lifestyle change. Be healthy.
Be fit.

My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
Complete Daily QuickFire Challenge.
Do some kind of physical activity with my children each day.
Track all foods at least 3x per week.

i have been sparker since 2007 and pluses are no longer bingeing or crazy gaining, or feeling guilty about falling off the wagon.
