Improvement Continues
At my heaviest I weighed 270; I am now down to about 230. A funny thing happened on my way down to 230. I realized I love self-improvement. I also realized I really love weightlifting. I'm enjoying the challenge of reaching my goals. I'm also enjoying looking really good. That's a plus.
