The Looong Road to Better Health

OK, I've been here a while now and have had ups and downs on the way to my goal. Unfortunately I have been taking detours on the road to better health, but I am determined now to take time for me (rather than everyone and everything else!) and go the distance to the finish line. I never would have made it this far without SparkPeople, and I look forward to continuing on with the support of SP and all the friends I have made here.

Hi Dianne. Just a quickie to tell you my husband is HOME! I picked him up from rehab this morning. He is resting in his own bed for the first time in over 2 weeks! We still don't have the pathology report. I'll let you know what happens. Thanks again FOR ALL THE PRAYERS & "KEEP 'EM COMING"!

Another fitbit fan! Hope you don't mind my adding you as a friend. I haven't had my fitbit very long. The reason I made the purchase is I was having trouble accurately counting the calories I burned. What really sold me was the sleep funtion though. I have fibromyalgia and struggle with getting refreshing sleep. Though the fitbit doesn't measure REMS "yet" at least I can see how many hours I actually sleep after the lights go off. I was amazed to find a lot of nights I get only 3 or 4 hours because I wake up all through the night.

Thank you so much for your help with my Fitbit Ultra. You were right, it was very easy!
Just one last question- I set up my "greeting" but I don't see it any where. Isn't it supposed to be a display on the fitbit itself? Along with steps, miles, time, stairs, etc..?
Thanks!
