My Quest for Good Health and Weight Loss

My Program:
I am participating in a weight loss program with a Medical MD, Nutritionist, and LSW. In addition I have a trainer that I visit twice a week. I also swim, bike, and do water aerobics at least once or twice a week.

Personal Information:
I am married and Nana to 8 grandchildren whom I adore. I live in Massachusetts, in the Merrimack Valley area. Recently retired, I work part time in a fitness facility.
