Its me Dianne,I am in the Pacific Northwest
I Joined our newer LOCAL YMCA on May 20th,2008~
Began - SPARKS Halloween 07 at 189#

Update Weight Dec 10th, 2008~175#
Better but 55 more to go OMG....Can I do it ~YES

My Goals:

I am currently just eating lots of fruits,vegis,nuts,and seeds.~I am into RAW EATING now,and the feeling I have is just incredible.I can't explain the natural high feeling one gets from eating pure wholesome foods.


My Program:
I want to lose 55 pounds.

I need to burn 192,500 calories to lose 55 pounds.

192,500 calories / 617 calories per workout = 305 workouts in 1 year!

305 workouts in 52 weeks is approximately 6 days workouts a week at 617 calories per workout~~. I WILL DO THIS~~~~
Stretching for at least 10 minutes every day

Get 8 hours of sleep each night



Fitness: Work out dvds, Turbo Jam, Biggest Loser, strength training.

1. Circuit Training
2) Lots of Cardio!

MY MAIN GOAL is to use my elliptical 3 days a weeky 30-45 minutes~& on nice days Just get out & JUST WALK!!!! I Joined the YMCA May 2008 & now I will make sure I do the 617 calories to burn in the 6 days a week STARTING THURSDAY Dec10th,2008 giving myself the 50-55 lbs I need to lose!



Personal Information:
I am a Natural Soap Maker,Lotion,Body Butter ,Lip balm gal,I sell at 2 local farmers Markets too.
I want to meet other RAW FOOD folks.
