Joining SP is like taking the first step on a path which you think is going toward one goal... and as you progress, many other goals emerge! And. You can and will reach them and go beyond. Nutritional guidelines for you should be those provided to you by your doctor or a registered dietician familiar with our diabetes and any other helth issues, but you can set up your nutritonal tracker with those numbers to tailor them to your specific needs. You've mentioned that you cannot exercise, but maybe redefining activities will change your mind. Again, with your doctor's recommendations in the forefront!
You are not alone in this journey, and teams give you great support. Stop by your class team, check out and then ! start using the different 'threads' (topics) to help you get started on this journey. The number of members on the “team page” will show you how many new SP members joined the same week as you did! Whatever your goals, you’ll find sharing discoveries or frustrations or ideas with other new members is… exciting and full of information! Limits? Yes, many of us have them, but we CAN work with those limits and reach beyond our current/beginning goals. Let's DO this, Dianne!
