LOVE the CHIEFS!!! (Football FAN here!)

Down 29 lbs since May. Super excited. It has been hard but adding yoga twice a week and really trying to get my fitness minutes in (4 days per week min of SOMETHING) has helped. I cannot say enough about logging food. It is a pain but SO effective! Keeps me accountable. It is Oct 21 and I'm going to try for another 10 by January 1. I think it will be hard, it is the holiday season and getting colder - less opportunities for activity. I hope I can keep on this track! (10/21/14)

Thanks so much for your comment! Sorry to hear about your back injury! I have a terrible lower back so I feel your pain! As far as my heel goes, I got this crazy sock thing that keeps my foot arched while I sleep to try to keep my tendon extended. It's interesting but seems to be helping! I'm hoping to walk a little tonight and maybe run a little if my heel will take it. I plan to stretch a ton to help it! Hope you're having a great day and thanks for the spark goodie too!

Hey there! I'm so sorry I missed your comment on my feed! I bought Brooks shoes and I like them a lot. The inserts I bought don't give me enough heel support though so I need to go back and get some different ones. Do you wear inserts? Sorry for the delayed response :)

I noticed some of your postings about football -- especially the one about the Wes Welker interview on the Jets! Funny!!! Do you listen to Randy Galloway on the radio??
