LOVE the CHIEFS!!! (Football FAN here!)

Down 29 lbs since May. Super excited. It has been hard but adding yoga twice a week and really trying to get my fitness minutes in (4 days per week min of SOMETHING) has helped. I cannot say enough about logging food. It is a pain but SO effective! Keeps me accountable. It is Oct 21 and I'm going to try for another 10 by January 1. I think it will be hard, it is the holiday season and getting colder - less opportunities for activity. I hope I can keep on this track! (10/21/14)

Hey! Thanks for the comment on my page about my yoga blog. I have back issues as well, have you found that it helped your back at all? That's one of the main reasons I wanted to get into it, as well as all of the benefits I had heard. I also slept like a baby the night of my class. Can't wait til the next one!
