Time to Refocus!
I have been a member for 3 years and have Sparked on and off during that time. Do well, stop, repeat. Probably the same pattern that others can relate too. The past several months have been rough. Stress with work and most recently, the loss of a relationship. Not looking at the new year with much optimism right now, but feeling the pull to come back here. Hey! Thanks for the comment on my page about my yoga blog. I have back issues as well, have you found that it helped your back at all? That's one of the main reasons I wanted to get into it, as well as all of the benefits I had heard. I also slept like a baby the night of my class. Can't wait til the next one!
