My goal is to get to a healthy weight that includes good physical activity by August 30. My goal is to maintain a managable stress level while taking PhD classes.
I will do cardio at least 4 times per week for 30 minutes. I will follow a diabetic food program. I will drink as much water as I possibly can everyday with a minimum of 5 glasses. For stress I will participate in the non-traditional student spark team.
I love to quilt and sew when not studying or writing. My husband is diabetic and has done fabulous with his weight loss and excersize - a real role model!
