Struggling Through The Long Cold Winter

I had a feeling this winter was going to especially hard. I just wish I wasn't so right! So I decided to concentrate on on getting a bit healthier.
Anyway, I joined a fitness club in November (2010). Lost lots of inches but not so much weight. Cut back somewhat
on what I ate somewhat in January. I remembered this site as I had halfheartedly started up some years ago and thought I would try it again. I think I wasn't ready last time. I am now!

I just had a feeling about that day spiraling out of orbit, and it turned out my gut was right.

I'm thankful for such instincts.
