Staying Focused in 2015

Weight loss is not a magic pill or a quick fix. It takes work..lots of work. It takes patience, persistance, perseverance, proper eating habits and continued exercise. Sometimes you might want to quit. Results don't come automatically. But keep your focus because the rewards are great indeed! Quitting is not an option for me.

My Goals:
To lose another 40+ lbs and to lower or eliminate taking blood pressure pills.

My Program:
I walk at least 3 times a week for 40 min or more. Currently in February I joined a gym and had a personal trainer for my first 3 months. I eat low carb and smaller portions.

Personal Information:
I'm from Southern California born and raised! I know the secret of weight loss and realize it's a journey of persistance and perseverance. I am a devout Jehovah's Witness and am grateful to Him for my life.

Other Information:
My inspirations are my late parents and my two daughters.

Thank you for commenting on my blog. We have our work cut out for us! Especially with my dh.
Let's support each other through this. I am going on the Adrenal biotype diet. It is mostly salad and protein with some grain and steamed vegetables and fruit at lunch.
