I'm Back and Still on Track!

June 6, 2013 my official RETIREMENT date! I am enjoying retirement immensely and still keep myself as busy as if I were working. Been absent from Sparkpeople for a couple of years and have missed my sparkfriends so very much. I am back stronger than before! My goal is to lose another 40+ pounds and to get off my blood pressure meds. Thusfar I have lost 30 lbs in one year by following a low carb lifestyle which best suits my needs. Almost at 60 yrs old weight loss is slow but doable and for this ...

Hi, Diane!
I am feeling better today. Yesterday I had no pain until the evening, so it is better. I am still cautious about plunging into walking again, however. I don't want to make it worse.
Have a great weekend!
Linda
