I take a look at where I am now and even though it seems so far down at the bottom there's no place to go but up.

For the last several years I've been adjusting to losing my sight and dealing with the depression and loss of independence that goes along with it - not to mention more than my share of medical procedures. I had eye surgery in January with a 3 month, very limited activity recovery and my weight has soared to the highest level ever. With another eye surgery coming in July I've got to get this weight under control.

My Goals:
My goals are huge - at least in my mind. :) But what I'm working on for 2013 is a loss of 30 lbs. I'll take more - but if I can lose 10 lbs a 1/4 I will have lost 30 lbs by the end of 2013.

Goal #1 - 220 lbs by June 30th
Goal #2 - 210 lbs by September 30th
Goal #3 - 199 lbs by December 30th


My Program:
I rebuilding my exercise habit after the 3 month post-surgery hiatus.

Current Success:
20 min yoga every am/2 minutes min. meditation
20 min of cardio 7x week

Goal:
30 min yoga every am/10 minutes meditation
20 min cardio am 7x week
20 min cardio pm 4x week
20 min strength pm 3x week
