    Welcome to the Vitamin challenge! I hope that as we progress, you will learn what you need to meet your goals. Don't feel too bad about not putting your foods under the right category (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack). Many people eat 5-6 mini meals per day, and cannot make them fit into the categories well. As long as you keep track of what's going into your body, you will have the knowledge you need to make wise choices. Keep up the good work! Kim
