All Me

Hi, I've just started this. I'm trying to gain weight and excersize more so I can be healthier and have more energy. So far this looks like this site may help *if* I actually motivate myself to do it.

Also, in the food tracker, I don't always make sure that what I am entering is in the right category (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack). Besides, I just eat whenever, and mostly at night because that's when I'm able to eat more for some reason.

Welcome to the Vitamin challenge! I hope that as we progress, you will learn what you need to meet your goals. Don't feel too bad about not putting your foods under the right category (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack). Many people eat 5-6 mini meals per day, and cannot make them fit into the categories well. As long as you keep track of what's going into your body, you will have the knowledge you need to make wise choices. Keep up the good work! Kim
