As an Irish Setter, I am indepent spirited so FREE in the dah wind ! , I LOVE to RUN so you have to train me to walk besides you or ELSE I'll be WILD !, I will catch ur frisbee's HAPPILY !, please DO brush me out all the time for I DO LOVE IT ! I also LOVE to play, sleeping at time

Headed for ONEDERLAND this spring!!!

I'm very excited to be hoping to being in ONEDERLAND in the next 8 weeks!!! As long as I stick to my plan I should be able to make it.

I'd like to welcome all to my page. I started this journey 5 years ago. I was at 288, and my back Dr told me without sugaring it up I was "morbidity obese". First time I had heard that. I remembering how. ANGRY I was at "him", which I quickly realized it was misdirected ,, I'd soon enough I was at me.

At once I started to correct this. I limited my calories, than I found. SPARKS online, joined. Quickly I was invited to the 5% challenge, have been with the Spirited Under Dogs. AKA Dawggies since. From that 288 down to 256 when they happily invited me aboard.

I've many health problems, so my journey is slow, but I'm getting there.

If u also have health problems, start off slowly, but please do NOT give in. We may move slower, but we also win.

I'm the motivational leader for the team, it's 'very fun!!! If u feel at all lost, just write to any of us leaders, or an experienced Dawggie, we r delighted to help.

My Goals:
To hit onederland this challenge.

Track!!! Track!!! Track

Keep junk food down to 150 calories a day.

If allowed to exercise 60 - 80 minutes for 5-7 days a week.

Get at least 6 hrs of sleep, hoping for sleep number bed soon, than up to 8 hrs.

Drink water!!!

My Program:
This may change as soon as tomorrow. I may of broken my foot again.

Personal Information:
Owned by MiSSY IzZY ! My cat, who when I m on my exercise mat, joins me. As I flip, flop around so DOES SHE!!! I get to laughing quite hard. She's a certified therapy cat. It's not easy to get a CAT certification. But thanks to two of my. Dr's she is. She bumps me on my left side of my forehead when my pain is climbing. Needless to say,, this happens on the mat. She becomes all concerned I'm ignoring her.

Oh yeah I have a couple of. Grandkids. Did u notice I first talked of the cat??? Lol so do they!!! But. They are also fans of. Izzah, so it's fine.

I am soo fortunet to be the ML, Motivational Leader) of the Spirited Under Dawgs,, and a co leader on the Losing and Disabled Team, as well a co leader on the Believe and Achieve and SUCCEED team

Diane - There is only one way I can lose wt. and that's to watch what I eat. I am limited as far as exercise goes. Just walk, climb, stairs, do household chores. Keeps me limber. Alley is way out of my league! LOL

Hey there fellow Dawgie how is that foot? I am not going to look at the scale. it is so frustrating. I can not wait to go for a run tonight after work. I missed it yesterday. I struggle with work on Tuesdays and life balance. Uggghers. How is your weather? It is raining here today and I may even blow away.

Yes I ate bad and didn't want to exercise that day or if I did it was minimal and didn't track by accident. I weighed the same this week. Neither up nor down. I am not sure what is wrong.
