I live in such a BEAUTIFUL area (This is my backyard area) so now is the time to STOP and ENJOY this

WOOHOOO October 7th is our STARTING DATE!! So our ending date will be December 2nd. I AM ALL FOR THIS!!

Each challenge is a NEW Chance to DO MY BEST to HIT my 5% Goal loss!! This time it'll be just under 9 LBs during the 8 weeks. Is this DOABLE? YEAH as long as I follow what I've set out to do.

I have not done as well as the previous year. TOTALLY my own doing. I KNOW What to do, now to just do it.

Fitness Minutes: 110,531

My Goals:
To hit my 5% Goal of about 9Lbs.

To make SURE I get my REST. If it's a hard night, to get UP and do a sleep yoga video posted on YOUTUBE. THere are MANY of these including for people who can't-do yoga at ALL.

My Program:

1) Drink 6 glasses of water (at 8 I generally GAIN)
2) Exercise SMARTLY! I keep breaking or injuring my foot which stops me cold. So now 10 to 20 mins at a time ONLY. If it feels at ALL Stressed,, slow WAY Down.
3) Stay in the 1200 to 1350 calorie range. NOT doing any "latest" things I've watched too many have MUCH success doing these, but then they go back to their regular eating after a time (sometimes a long time) and POOF! BACK comes the weight. NOT doing this.
4) Having DIANE APPRECIATION time by doing hobbies I enjoy.

Personal Information:
LOOKING Forward to HOPEFULLY during the next 8 weeks to get into a class at the local Animal Shelter to do KITTEN YOGA!! WOOHOOO!!!

Other Information:
I DO NOT like the words "YOU CAN'T"!!! Where there's a WILL there's a WAY." It may NOT be the traditional way, but if we look for it, it'll be there.

    Thanks for the comment on my page! I really should give yoga another try. Last year I tried one that was labeled beginner and ended up saying "you want me to put WHAT, WHERE?!" emoticon emoticon

    I'll have to look up Leslie Sansone. Thanks for the tips!

    I was serious - I've never heard of such a thing as a kitten cafe. Love that idea! I'd be there as often as I could at least while I can't have a cat of my own.

    Oh, my! I hadn't realized (blushing). I'm down to 2-3 leaves, we'd better hold off the start date till Oct.7 which is what I'm hoping for. More time for leaves to grow back! I really was close to burn out and not being well haven't been doing what I need to do for me. And I'm moving slow so need a few extra days for that. The last two breaks were so short, we're due for a little longer one but I hope at least 6 weeks on this one (that barely gives me 2 weeks for me as I've used 2 to finish Summer, need 2 for Fall - 1 team set up and 1 Practice week - and that still cuts into "My" 2 weeks for planning. We re-evaluate job tasks and rearrange to fit changes in leadership and/or change features based on survey results, and don't have roles nailed down yet. Just starting to look at that. Clovers just cant move as fast as dawggs can run!!!
