About me.....hmm. I'm a Ghostwriter (Writer that works for profit rather than credit) and taking a break from college for Software Engineering, considering changing majors. I am currently 240 lbs and want to get back to the 195 lbs I was when I first moved to Knoxville nearly 4 years ago from Tampa,FL. I have my own style of exercising and meal plans, so I don't really follow the sparkpeople plans, just here for support and to make friends, maybe even find a workout buddy..I'm an open minded individual and acknowledge individuals likewise.

Fitness Minutes: 120

My Goals:
Fit into a size 12 jean again.
Wear that skimpy bikini at the beach without worrying that I look like a beach whale lost on the sand.
Be able to throw on just about anything and walk out the door without thinking twice about how it could make me look fat.

Quit smoking.

Pick a degree.

Get married (to fiance lol)

Thats all I can think of.

My Program:
I do a combination work out of cardio/strength training and overall fat busters consisting of 60 minutes 6-7 days a week. My meal plan is not a set diet, but more a "Everything in moderation" type.I take a non-strict approach to dieting, which therefore I'm really not dieting at all, but rather making healthier choices and self aware decisions on what I intake. Now, that may not be for everyone, but it works for me. I read nutrition label for the key values "Sodium, Sugars and fat (including trans/saturated). I use sea salt/pepper in place of most traditional seasonings, 50% less sugar than before, drink 8 glasses of water a day, limit myself to 1 soda once or twice a week and I don't eat past 8pm unless its a fruit/veggie or whole grain. If I want a candy bar or a cupcake, I have it! Instead of depriving yourself of the very thing that is controlling your weightloss, why not indulge those urges in moderation. That's the key! That's where I'm from, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Tennessee is a slower pace community including lots of fried food! I miss the pressure of fitting in my bikini every summer to keep me slim.
