Helo!!! SP helped me a lot for my weight loss. I started last year in january and reached my goal weight of 50 in september . Then I decided to lose some more. my current BMI is 20.4 What I really did is bring about some minor changes to my lifestyle. I start my morning by drinking water followed by my breakfast, I avoid eating after 9 pm. I don't restrict myself to sweets and chocolates but I do limit whatever I eat What boost me to lose weight was when I realized that my health was being affected and comments others were making behind my back and sometimes on my face... Please take the time to read the message included with the invite. It contains a lot of information that will help you now, and when the season starts. Regarding your question about occasionally only posting points, if you haven't had the opportunity to weigh in at the end of the challenge week, you'll just post your previous week's weight. It all balances out in the end.
